Q: What is the Heartland Owners Club? Who is eligible to join?
A: The Heartland Owners Club is a free club open to anyone who owns a Heartland RV branded fifth wheel, toy hauler or travel trailer. It is a group of proud Heartland RV owners who enjoy living the RV lifestyle and the sense of community that comes from encountering other Heartland owners anywhere your journey takes you. Owners come together and make the most out of their RV experience by social connections made through attending chapter rallies and camp-outs at great destinations, receiving discounts on after-market parts and products, renewing old acquaintances, making new friends and creating a lifetime of lasting memories together. Completion of an Owners Club membership application is required.
Q: Is there a membership fee to become a member of the Heartland Owners Club or a fee to maintain active membership?
A: There is no fee to join the Heartland Owners Club or to maintain an active membership.
Q: Do I receive any benefits or discounts being a Heartland Owners Club member?
A: As part of the Heartland Owners Club, we are continuously creating partnerships with companies for after-market products. These partnerships include a variety of discounts including a 10% discount off of parts ordered directly from Heartland RV.
Q: I’m not sure joining the Heartland Owners Club is right for me/my family. What is the value of joining the Club?
A. Everyone has a different reason for joining the Club. Some join for the available discounts. Some join for the camaraderie of belonging to a group of people who have common interests. Some join so they can receive information on Heartland events emailed directly to them. Some join to meet others with similar RVs to compare notes and trade ideas. Some join to make new friends from all across the United States and Canada.
Q: What about my name and contact information? How is that used? Do you sell or rent it?
A: We do not sell or rent your information. Your information is used internally by Heartland RV and the Heartland Owners Club.
Q: Where do I enter my spouse’s name? What is a Co-Owner?
A: Membership in the Heartland Owners Club is tied to the ownership of a single recreational vehicle. So all the people who own a particular coach are under the same Club membership. To simplify, the term used for these additional people is Co-Owner. In the membership application, there is the capability of adding up to 3 people as co-owners. This includes any adults who travel with you or might use the coach instead of you, e.g. spouse, partner, someone who bought the trailer with you, etc.
Q: Which Heartland Owners Club Chapter should I choose?
A: To facilitate the scheduling of various Heartland Owners Club events, the Club has multiple chapters. These chapters are usually defined by state or provincial boundaries although some states/provinces may have multiple chapters. Members pick the chapter that makes the most sense to them. You could pick the chapter in which you reside, or the chapter in which you spend the bulk of the rally season, or there may be another reason. It makes no difference; the choice is yours.
Q: I’ve registered to become a Heartland Owners Club member. Where can I find my member number?
A: A confirmation email including your assigned member number, also known as HOC ID, is immediately sent upon the successful completion of the Membership Application to the email address you provided. If you do not have that email, go to https://admin.heartlandowners.club, enter your email address and password, and click on Login. Your profile is displayed on the screen and your member number/HOC ID is part of your profile information.
Q: How do I manage my member account?
A. Go to https://admin.heartlandowners.club, enter your email address and password, and click on Login. Your profile is displayed on the screen. If you wish to add or change any of the Basic Detail or your Contact information, go to the Update buttons at the bottom of the display. If you wish to add or change any Co-Owner information go to Co-Owners. Be sure to save any information changed before leaving the selected page.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A. Go to https://admin.heartlandowners.club, click on Forgot Password. Another screen comes up and you enter your email address and click on submit. The email address you enter has to be the email address you used for your club membership. An email with a link to set your password will be sent to you in a minute or two. If you don’t see it, check your spam. If it’s not there, try again. The process does work.
Q: I forgot which email address I used to register for the Heartland Owners Club. What should I do?
A. Go to https://admin.heartlandowners.club, click on Contact. Enter your name and email and a message saying that you have forgotten which email address you used when registering. Provide your Co-Owner’s name, your HOC ID (member number) and/or your Chapter. As names can be the same, the more information the better. A real person will respond to your email as soon as they are available.
Q: I have registered for the Heartland Owners Club, but did not receive a confirmation email and/or am not receiving HOC emails?
A: First go to https://admin.heartlandowners.club, enter your email address and password, and click on Login. Verify that your email address is entered correctly. Make sure you have not checked the Unsubscribe box. Then check your spam for emails from Heartland Member Manager <noreply@heartlandowners.club>. Add this address to your contacts and/or approved sender list.
Q: How do I/we receive communication about upcoming rallies and other events, updates from Heartland RV, plan a rally, etc.?
A: You can stay up-to-date on upcoming rallies and other HOC events, news from Heartland RV, new products and additional information by signing up to receive the quarterly Heartland Owners Club Newsletter, joining the Heartland Owners Club Group on Facebook and by registering for the Heartland Owners Forum.
Q: I am a member of the Heartland Owners Club group on Facebook, does that mean I’m automatically a member of the Heartland Owners Forum and/or the Heartland Owners Club?
A: No. The Heartland Owners Club Group on Facebook and the Heartland Owners Forum and the Heartland Owners Club are three separate entities and each requires its own separate registration to join.
- Join the Heartland Owners Club here
- Join the Heartland Owners Forum here
- Join the Heartland Owners Club Facebook Group here
Q: What is the difference between the Heartland Owners Club, the Heartland Owners Forum and the Heartland Owners Club Facebook Group?
A: These are three separate entities and each requires its own registration. Registering for one, does not give you access to either of the other two.
The Heartland Owners Club is open to current owners of a Heartland RVs product. The HOC hosts Chapter Events and provides membership benefits.
The Heartland Owners Forum is open to anyone to read. Must be registered to post. The Forum is where all the Heartland Owners Club Events are listed and where owners can connect online asking questions, sharing stories, recipes, photos, experiences, tips, tricks, and RV knowledge.
The Heartland Owners Club Facebook Group is a private Facebook group where only current Heartland RV owners are permitted. Heartland Owners Club Events are posted here as well as other items of interest.
Q: Where do I go to register for the Heartland Owners Club, the Heartland Owners Forum and the Heartland Owners Club Facebook page?

Q: How do I sign up to receive the quarterly Heartland Owners Club Newsletter?

If you wish to opt-out, you may do so by clicking the link within the newsletter or sending an email to marketing@heartlandrvs.com
Q: Can I attend an event being sponsored by a Chapter I don’t belong to?
A: As a Heartland RV owner you may attend any rally, anytime, anywhere.
Q: Are Heartland rallies open to families and to owners with children?
A: Heartland Owners Club rallies are open to any Heartland RV owner and those with families and children are highly encouraged to attend. Each rally is unique in location and offerings and there are activities at the rally and in the surrounding area(s) the entire family can enjoy.
Q: What if I am single?
A: The casual atmosphere of Heartland events provides a welcome to all.
Q: I have sold my Heartland RV and bought another brand. Can I still go to Heartland events in my new brand? What about the National Rally?
A. Each chapter event will be different. It is up to the discretion of the Event Host whether or not the chapter event is limited to only Heartland RV brands; however, it is strongly encouraged that only Heartland Owners Club members and/or Heartland RV owners are allowed to attend events. If other manufacturers’ brands are allowed, there is an additional fee charged over and above any regular fees. Rallies funded by Heartland RV, such as the Heartland Owners National Rally, are limited to Heartland RV brand products only.
Q: Can I bring my friends with me who camp in another brand to a Heartland event? What about the National Rally?
A. Each chapter will be different. It is up to the discretion of the Event Host whether or not the Chapter Event is limited to only Heartland RV brands; however, it is strongly encouraged that only Heartland Owners Club members and/or Heartland RV owners are allowed to attend events. A: The National Rally is the largest held rally that brings together Heartland RV owners from across the United States and Canada to the heart of the RV industry – Elkhart, IN. The rally is held every two years and is a week-long event that includes vendor-led seminars, pot-luck dinners, entertainment, group tours to local attractions as well as product and factory tours hosted by Heartland RV.
Q: Who can plan a Heartland Owners Club Event?
A: Only an approved Event Host can plan and host a Heartland Owners Club Event.
Q: What is an Event Host?
A: An Event Host is a volunteer-based position within the Heartland Owners Club. An Event Host is responsible for organizing, coordinating and executing a successful Owners Club Event within their selected Chapter.
Q: How many Event Hosts can one chapter have?
A: Heartland Owners Club Chapters have only one approved Event Host.
Q: What are the expectations and responsibilities of an Event Host?
A: As an Event Host, you are responsible for actively participating in the Heartland Owners Club Facebook Group page, posting upcoming events to the Heartland Owners Club Forum and communicating with members within your chapter as necessary. Additionally, you are responsible for planning at least one approved Heartland Owners Club rally, camp-out or meet-and-greet which includes: securing a location, providing all necessary details to Heartland RV, posting dates to the Heartland Owners Forum, tracking of expenses and providing photos from events to Heartland RV to be used on social media, the Heartland RV website, blogs, etc.
Q: Am I compensated by Heartland RV if I am an Event Host?
A: Event Hosts are members of the Heartland Owners Club who volunteer their time to plan events for their selected Chapter. They are not Heartland RVs employees nor are they monetarily compensated by Heartland RV.
Q: Are there any incentives for being an Event Host? How do I get the incentives?
A: Incentives for being an Event Host include $1500-off discount on any new Heartland RV fifth wheel, travel trailer or toy hauler. Event Hosts will also receive Heartland branded apparel and support from Heartland RV on upcoming rallies or events. Limitations may apply. To obtain these incentives, email marketing@heartlandrvs.com.

A: If you’re interested in being an Event Host, email marketing@heartlandrvs.com.
Q: Is there a limit on how many rallies or events a Chapter can host in one calendar year?
A: There is no limit on how many rallies or events a Chapter can host in one calendar year; however, no two rallies or events may take place on the same date(s) within 200 miles of the other, regardless of Chapter borders.
Q: What are the guidelines to follow when planning a rally/event?
A. Guidelines vary depending on the event planned.
Rallies are events where the goal is to attract as many attendees as possible. Attendees pay for their own camping. Rally costs are covered through a combination of Heartland funding, fees charged to attendees, attendee pay-their-own way, etc. Find a campground that is rally-friendly, reasonable in price, easily accessible from a major highway, in a location or be a destination campground that affords multiple activities, and has a clubhouse for group activities. Contact the campground and work out some potential dates. Ask them to hold the dates for you. Plan a rough agenda. Determine if any additional fees are required. Contact Heartland RV Marketing for approval. Confirm dates with the campground. Post dates on the Heartland Owners Forum. Plan your agenda in detail. Request assistance from other Club Members on the Forum. Post to Forum and Heartland Owners Club Facebook frequently. Keep track of numbers of attendees. Make purchases as needed.
Campouts are usually casual affairs including camping and shared meals, such as pot-lucks, etc.. Each attendee pays for their own camping, meals and activity costs. The Event Host would pick a venue and dates. Contact Heartland RV for approval. Post on the Heartland Owners Forum.
Meet-and Greets are usually a meal in a restaurant or location where everyone pays their own way. The Event Host would pick a venue, a time and a day. Contact Heartland RV for approval. Post on the Heartland Owners Forum.
Q: I’m planning a rally for my chapter. What is the approval process and who do I need to submit rally dates to?
A. Once you have your dates and location established, email marketing@heartlandrvs.com for approval. Confirm the dates with the campground only after you have approval from Heartland RV.
Q: Does Heartland RV provide any monetary support for a rally?
A: Each year, Heartland RV will provide a total of $500 to each chapter to be used to host a rally. This money is used to cover the cost of rally expenses for the group. This money is not used to benefit any individual, e.g. pay for camping or travel expenses of the Event Host. At the end of the year, if there are any funds leftover, Heartland RV will add to the remaining balance so that the chapter(s) will always begin the year with $500.
Q: What additional support does Heartland RV provide to support upcoming rallies?
A: Heartland RV will provide the following in order to support upcoming rallies:
- Rally dates included in the upcoming Heartland Owners Club Newsletter
- Rally dates added to the Heartland Owners Club Group Facebook page
- Promotional graphic that can be used for flyers, decals, t-shirts, etc. at the expense of the Event Host/chapter
- Two items that can be used for door prizes, raffles, give-aways, etc.
Q: Where can I buy Heartland RV apparel?
Q: Who are the Heartland Brand Ambassadors? What is their role and how can I meet them?
A: Heartland Brand Ambassadors, also known as Social Media Influencers, are Heartland RV owners who have a large social media presence across multiple platforms. Our Heartland Brand Ambassadors are content creators who use their social media channels, YouTube channels, blogs and other creative outlets to share their perspective on the RV lifestyle and their experience as a Heartland RV owner.
Q: How are Brand Ambassadors chosen? Can anyone be a Brand Ambassador?
A: Brand Ambassadors are chosen at the discretion of Heartland RV. Each Brand Ambassador partnership is unique and formed around the owner’s niche as it relates to the RV lifestyle and the types of content they create. Anyone can apply to be a Heartland Brand Ambassador; however, having a large social media presence and ability to keep up with social media trends and new platforms is preferred. To apply, please email marketing@heartlandrvs.com.
