At Heartland, we don’t just follow industry best practices—we set them. While your RV is built for recreation, travel naturally brings some wear and tear, and occasional service is to be expected. That’s why peace of mind comes standard. Our warranties protect your RV from the moment you drive off the lot, backed by a dedicated customer service and parts team.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty and a 3-year limited structural warranty—details are outlined below. If you experience an issue, please contact one of our authorized independent dealers, the exclusive providers of Heartland parts, service, and warranty repairs. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS ONLY: Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC has elected to follow the procedures described in Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 871.20 et seq., regarding pre-litigation notice requirements for consumer claims brought pursuant to the Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Covers your RV for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. This limited warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship supplied by and attributed to manufacturing & assembly of the RV.

3 Year Limited Warranty

The limited structural warranty covers your RV for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original owner. This structural warranty covers the workmanship attributable to Heartland’s manufacturing and assembly of the structural portions of your RV.
