MyHeartlandRV is a mobile app and resource allowing our customers to manage their RV and monitor warranty information, sales and parts orders, and robust library of how-to-content, checklists and many additional resources.
You can manage your RV online or by downloading the mobile app.
In one central location, you can store information about your RV, find nearby dealers, access Heartland support, watch how-to videos, read frequently asked questions, use checklists for maintenance or moving day tasks, talk to other Heartland owners, and listen to our podcast. We like to think of it as the Swiss army knife of RV tools.
No more rifling through stacks of old papers. With MyHeartlandApp, you can track important information about your RV on the device that’s always in your pocket. Log your make/model, model year, VIN, date of purchase, the status of your warranty and warranty expiration dates for both parts and service, and it’ll always be available to reference in seconds flat.
Bad at keeping records? The app lets you access a list of every order you’ve placed for parts, see every claim you’ve made to your warranty, and get immediately notified about any recalls issued for your model. Plus, you can book new service appointments right from the app, so you can get back to what you do best – traveling in style.

I love this app! It connected to our toy hauler and told us we had something recalled. It keeps track of all our service records with the them and I really enjoy the resources section. It includes how to videos and checklists. Be sure to to download this app if you have a Heartland.
