In 2017, we attended the Heartland Owners Club North American Rally in Goshen, Indiana. There were organized pre-rally tours scheduled that we signed up at registration time. Touring the Cook’s Bison Ranch in Wolcottville, Indiana, was one of them.

We stayed at Suni Sands RV Resort, an Encore park located in Yuma, Arizona, on our way through from Quartzsite to American Girl Mine for the second phase of the Xscapers Annual Bash for two nights in mid January 2018. Suni Sands is also a Thousand Trails park.

Campground Review: Wilson Lake Corps of Engineers Minooka Park

Minooka Park Campground is located on the south side of Wilson Lake in the wide open spaces of central Kansas. Named for the Otoe Indian word meaning "Good Earth," this park offers many campsites with scenic lake views and excellent shoreline access. We walked throughout the whole spacious campground and were treated to a fabulous sunset over the water on the west side.
