2024 Fifth Wheels Jam-Packed with New Features
When New Year’s Day hits, we’re all motivated to leave the old behind and embrace our better selves. You know the saying – “New year, new you.” While it’s easy to drop off with personal resolutions when January ends, at Heartland RV we’ve gotten a head start on our updates for 2024 and we can’t wait to share them with you. For our line of fifth-wheel models, we’ve launched several new floor plans and rolled out new features and technologies that make camping more comfortable, convenient, and connected.
Our 2024 models include the most current design trends that emphasize serene color palettes, luxe hardware, and furniture that’s both beautiful and comfortable. Plus, with more standard solar packages and our new Trio Airflow A/C System, we’ve added the kinds of technology that can turn a good camping trip into a phenomenal one.

Corterra 3.0
The Corterra 3.0 is a great introduction to our all-new Corterra line. Measuring 34’9½” long, it weighs 10,719 lbs. dry and sleeps up to four guests in 353 square feet of interior space. This floor plan makes a luxurious couple’s coach, with a spacious bedroom suite and bathroom, and the couch that folds out into a bed offers space to host friends or family when the mood strikes you.
One of the most notable elements of the Corterra line is the bedroom’s oversized window, installed right into the front cap. Made from tinted safety glass, it offers an incredible view of the outdoors without sacrificing safety or privacy. The bedroom also includes a residential king bed and built-in dressers with sleek, hardware-free drawers. Two mirrored wardrobes hold a generous amount of clothing, while a closet just inside the bathroom has washer/dryer prep so you can do laundry right from your campsite.
In the bathroom, a corner designer shower with a one-piece shower surround is both beautiful and low maintenance. A sink set into a solid surface countertop provides space to set a toiletry bag, and there’s a lighted mirror that hangs above it.
The large, functional kitchen includes an island with a huge single basin sink with a sink cover and a high-rise faucet. Our residential appliance package gives you a 22-inch oven, a 30-inch over-the-range microwave, and a 16 cu. ft. fridge – everything you need to store and prepare incredible meals. There’s a hidden walk-in pantry behind the entertainment center, and a pull-out mechanism in a lower cabinet is perfect for hiding a trash can.
You can take meals at the dinette table, which includes hidden storage and extends when you need to accommodate a larger group of people. A wine or coffee bar in the corner is the perfect place to mix drinks, store wine glasses, and set up your coffee maker where people can access it without getting in the way of anyone who’s cooking.
The living area offers cushy seating with hidden cup holders and USB charging ports, all of which face the 55-inch smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows in comfort. Luxury dimmable LED strip lighting creates the perfect mood for both movie night and game night alike. The entertainment center swings out to reveal the hidden pantry we mentioned earlier, which you can use for food storage or to keep items safely tucked away and out of view.
When it comes to technology, Corterra offers both Dexter Tow Assist for safer towing and our SŌL 190 package, which gives you the components you need to start using a solar energy system. A power auto-leveling system with hitch memory makes it simple to connect your fifth wheel and your truck, and an adjustable power awning helps you create shaded outdoor living space in seconds. Plus, as you enter the coach, there’s a deluxe, tinted-glass entry door with a Safe-T grab handle, which is gorgeous and offers a stable entry into the coach for anyone who needs it.
Finally, our new Trio Airflow A/C System provides three new dimensions of cooling technology. Thanks to an updated duct design, it can take in more air from the outside, reduce air turbulence within the ducts, and provide more powerful, even airflow to all interior vents. That results in more efficient cooling, lower possible temperatures, and real-world energy savings. On top of all that, it runs more quietly than other models, giving you cool, comfortable temperatures without disturbing your peace and relaxation.
Big Country 3502RKI
The new Big Country 3502RKI is another luxurious couple’s coach, perfect for seasonal campers, snowbirds, and anyone who wants a true home on the road. It sleeps up to four people in 412 square feet, measuring 40’11” long and weighing 12,560 lbs. dry.
On the exterior, it offers three-sided underbelly storage access with insulated, slam latch-style cargo doors with magnetic holdbacks. A standard SŌL 380 package lets you start using solar energy from day one, perfect for anyone who loves camping off-grid. A six-point hydraulic landing gear and auto-leveling system get you set up at your campsite in no time, and a universal docking station puts all your controls in one convenient, concealed compartment.
Big Country comes with our newest climate control development, too. The Trio Airflow A/C System uses a completely redesigned mechanism to cool the coach faster, provide lower temperatures than before, and run more quietly than comparable models. That means you enjoy nice, cool air with no unnecessary noise, and because it runs more efficiently, it saves a ton of energy (and money).
As you step indoors, you’ll find a comfortable living area and a gorgeous, well-outfitted kitchen. A tri-fold sofa transforms from a cushy place to sit to a guest bed, while dual theater seats have cup holders, wireless charging, and built-in heat and massage capabilities. It’s a great place to enjoy a football game or your favorite movie on the 55-inch smart TV, while the 40-inch electric fireplace can set a cozy indoor mood on brisk evenings. The entertainment center swings open to reveal hidden storage you can use as a pantry or to keep loose items organized.
In the kitchen, there’s an ample 21 cu. ft. 12V French door stainless steel fridge, a 30-inch microwave, a range with an overhead hood, and tons of countertop space. The kitchen island holds an oversized, single-basin sink and dishwasher prep, allowing you to add the appliance of your choice. A floating dinette table is an ideal place to take meals, and it gives you a great view of the gorgeous tuxedo cabinets – light on the top and dark down below, all set off with elegant gold hardware.
In the bedroom, there’s a king bed with hidden storage and reading lights over each side. A second fireplace turns the bedroom into a destination, with the flip-down TV letting you watch your favorite shows at night. There’s a generous wardrobe to hang clothing in, and another closet that offers washer/dryer prep. The bathroom next door includes a one-piece fiberglass shower with a luxury glass surround, and an on-demand water heater gives you as much hot water for even the longest showers. A large medicine cabinet over the sink is an ideal place to store loose toiletries, and there’s a porcelain toilet with a convenient foot flush that makes this bathroom just as luxurious as the rest of this beautiful coach.
Big Country 3905FL
The Big Country 3905FL is a spacious fifth wheel that sleeps up to six people in 425 square feet. Measuring 34’3” long, it carries 13,505 lbs. of dry weight across two axles. This floor plan has a roomy front living area that’s perfect for a family game night, and the RV includes one and a half bathrooms for maximum convenience.
Starting outside, you get three-sided pass-through storage with slam latch doors and magnetic holdbacks to make storing and removing your cargo easier than ever. There’s an exterior shower with hot and cold water to help you clean up after playing hard outdoors, and exterior speakers help make the front patio into a deluxe living space. A standard rear ladder makes it easy to access the roof for maintenance or to keep the slides clean from debris.
A solid entry step with a large grab handle ushers you inside the coach, where you’re greeted by the gorgeous galley kitchen. The kitchen island includes both an oversized, single-basin sink with a sprayer faucet, as well as dishwasher prep – an ideal feature for people who love to cook but hate to clean up. A 21 cu. ft. 12V French door fridge can hold all your perishable food, while the 30-inch microwave and a 3.7 cu. ft. residential oven are ready to help make all your favorite meals. There’s a floating dinette table with four chairs on the opposite wall, and the half bath is just off the kitchen, easily accessible from the entry door.
The bedroom includes a king bed with hidden under-bed storage and a walk-in wardrobe closet. The attached bathroom features a second closet with washer/dryer prep so you can add laundry facilities, and a generous corner bank of drawers to store all your toiletries. Double sinks mean you’ll never have to fight over a mirror, and the one-piece fiberglass shower with a luxury glass surround couples nicely with the on-demand water heater.
At the front of the coach, the living area includes power theater seating with both heat and massage functions. An entertainment center holds a 55-inch TV and a 40-inch fireplace, making the space feel welcoming and homey. There are DVD and Bluetooth HDMI hookups on the TV, and the tri-fold sleeper sofas create guest beds in a pinch.
When it comes to climate control, you’ll enjoy our new Trio Airflow A/C System, which provides 30k BTUs of cooling power across three new dimensions of cool-air technology. First, it cools more efficiently, thanks to a redesigned duct mechanism, which saves you money. Second, it reaches cooler temperatures overall, giving you the ability to stay comfortable in any climate. And finally, it operates more quietly than most other units, which means you’ll never have to choose between running the A/C and carrying on a conversation at a reasonable volume again. Independent thermostats for the A/C system also allow you to adjust the temperature to your liking in different areas of the coach, which is great for keeping the bedroom cooler than the living area, or vice versa.
Bighorn Traveler 38DS
One of the floor plans we’re most excited to share for 2024 is the Bighorn Traveler 38DS. It includes two full bedrooms and additional loft space to sleep a total of X guests in XXX square feet. Measuring XX’XX” long, it weighs XX,XXX lbs. dry.
At the front of the RV, you’ll find the main bedroom, with a king bed, a built-in dresser, and an ample wardrobe closet with standard washer/dryer prep. The bedroom is also prepped for a TV up to 32 inches, and it includes large under-bed storage and dual LED reading lights over the bed.
Next door, the bathroom has a one-piece fiberglass shower with a glass door, a towel bar, and a domed skylight that provides tons of natural light. There’s a porcelain toilet with a foot flush, and the room is both air-conditioned and heated for maximum comfort.
The U-shaped kitchen keeps all your cooking tools within easy reach, making meal prep a breeze. An oversized single-basin, stainless steel sink gives you plenty of room for cleanup, and 20-inch deep residential kitchen drawers can hold just about every tool you’ll ever need to make your favorite meals. In-house milled and finished solid surface countertops are installed throughout. A 21 cu. ft. 12V residential fridge paired with the 3-burner range and 30-inch over-the-range microwave provides a comprehensive appliance package that can handle all kinds of cooking.
The living area includes an 80-inch flip-and-fold sleeper sofa, plus an entertainment center with a smart TV and a 40-inch fireplace that gives off 5,000 BTUs of electric heat. Across the room, there’s a dinette table with two chairs and a bench seat that doubles as a coffee table.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a built-in dresser, plus access to the second full bathroom in this unit. The bathroom includes a corner sink with plenty of space for your toiletries, a mirrored medicine cabinet, and a fiberglass shower with a tub basin – great for kiddie or doggy bath time. There’s even a second entry door in the back wall, giving you access to the bathroom directly from the outside when you want to wash off before trekking through the coach. Above the second bedroom, there’s loft space that’s perfect for storing oversized bags or equipment, or to use as additional sleeping space whenever you need it.
Plus, this unit comes with our new Trio Airflow A/C System, which cools more efficiently, reaches cooler temperatures, and operates more quietly than ever before. Thanks to a redesigned internal mechanism that reduces air turbulence in the ducts, it creates a more powerful airflow that saves energy and puts money back in your pocket. All that efficiency creates effortless cooling that keeps your coach comfortable and quiet, even in the hottest seasons.
Milestone 386BH
Looking for the bunkhouse fifth-wheel model of your dreams? Take a peek at the Milestone 386BH, a spacious floor plan that sleeps up to eight guests in 429 square feet, with a length of 43’3” and a dry weight of 12,456 lbs. With a main bedroom suite in the front of the coach and a bunkhouse with a second full bathroom in the rear, this Milestone is well-equipped to suit bigger groups.
Another new feature we think campers will love is the Trio Airflow A/C System. With three new dimensions of cooling technology, it’s an energy-saving climate system that runs more efficiently and quietly than comparable models. It all starts with a proprietary rotear installed in the plenum, which reduces air turbulence inside the ducts. By streamlining the airflow, it’s able to take in more air from the outside, direct it more powerfully to interior vents, and create cooler temperatures in less time with an even temperature from room to room. More efficiency means you save on energy costs, and the reduced noise makes it comfortable to run the A/C even through movies or quiet conversations.
Milestone also comes standard with our SŌL380 package, which includes 2 190-watt solar panels and the instruments you need to get started using inexpensive, reliable solar energy on your next trip. The Level Up Electric System auto-levels your RV at the push of a button, so you can get set up and enjoy your downtime ASAP.
Inside, a roomy main bedroom at the front of the coach includes a king bed with a pillow-top mattress. A wardrobe runs the width of the floor, offering both hanging storage and room to add a washer and dryer. The first of two bathrooms sits just next door, with a full shower, sink, and toilet combo that makes the most of the space so you still have room to move.
Down a few stairs, you’ll find the kitchen, with a U-shaped layout for efficient cooking and cleanup. A single basin, stainless steel sink with a pull-out faucet offers plenty of room for washing fruits and vegetables or cleaning your largest pots and pans. There’s ample overhead storage space and a microwave mounted over the range, with a couple of windows above the counters that let in a breeze and let you keep an eye on what’s happening outside. The range includes a 21-inch oven, and antimicrobial, solid surface countertops provide an easy-to-clean surface for meal prep. On the opposite wall, you’ll find a French-door refrigerator with a built-in wine cooler behind a glass panel, letting you see what’s on hand without having to open the door.
There’s a dinette table with a booth on one side, giving you the option to add a few more chairs at meals or keep the floor clear. Above the dinette, a smart TV with a JBL sound system is mounted high so it’s easy to view from the convertible sofa, where cupholders hidden in the sofa arms are ready to keep your drinks close at hand.
Moving into the bunkhouse, there are three single bunk beds and a second dinette table that can convert to sleeping space. The bunk above the dinette flips up to create more overhead room when it’s not in use, making the table a great place to play games, eat a snack, or read a book on a rainy day. An overhead loft space makes a great play area for kids, a sleeping space for teens, or bonus storage for any items you want to stash out of the way. Under the loft, the second full bathroom comes with its own entrance, making it easy to access from the outdoors. Plus, there’s a full shower, toilet, sink, and corner shelves that can hold towels, washcloths, or toiletry kits for the many bunkhouse occupants.
