Beyond the terms of the Limited Warranty, Heartland does not warrant or guarantee the availability of, and hereby explicitly disclaims any implied, statutory or other warranty or guarantee of availability of, any spare or replacement parts, repair services or information necessary for the maintenance or repair of RVs, their components or any other product offered for sale by Heartland.

Heartland décline expressément toute garantie, explicite ou implicite, légale ou autrement prévue par les lois applicables, quant à la disponibilité de telles pièces, services ou renseignements.
