At Heartland, we do our absolute best to provide the best to our customers at every turn. We have integrated comprehensive testing and quality control standards throughout the production process. With our new audit facility, we're taking yet another step to ensure that your new RV is ready for camping when you tow it off the dealer lot. We also gather customer feedback through shows, plant tours, phone calls, e-mails, owners forum, rallies and letters. Heartland RV's goal is to set the standard in quality.
Since our founding, we set out to do things differently. We strive to innovate in the towable market. Within 5 years of our founding, Heartland became a top manufacturer of fifth wheels and travel trailers, and many of our designs have since become industry standards. Our products continue to be among the best-selling and best-reviewed of the towable market.
Heartland believes that every RVer deserves the best of available features. That's why you'll find many of the great features from our acclaimed 5th wheels on our travel trailers. And we want our customers to spend as much time camping as they can, so we've invested in a new audit facility so that every trailer is expect one more time before being shipped to a dealer.
At Heartland, we do our absolute best to provide the best customer service possible at every turn. Heartland keeps a check on the pulse of the customer's needs through feedback via shows, plant tours, phone calls, e-mails, owners forum, rallies and letters. This information is given to the Heartland management team once a week to discuss opportunities to improve now and not later.
In some cases, you may have to bring your Heartland RV back to us for service. But our state-of-the-art service center, opened in the summer of 2015, makes this process as pain-free as possible. We have full hook-up sites right behind our service bays so you have a place to stay before your appointment. Our waiting area is outfitted with all the comforts of home, or you could take a factory tour while you wait.
Nobody makes a perfect RV, but if something goes wrong with your Heartland, we've got your back. First of all, we design our trailers to be highly serviceable, allowing for quick diagnosis of most issues. We have an army of customer service representatives standing by who can help you find a nearby service tech from our massive dealer network or ship a part to you with a quickness - where ever you may be.
We can't guarantee that every RV we make will be totally free of defects, but we stand behind our products. That's why we offer the best warranties in the industry. Every RV we make will have at least a 1-year warranty. Our luxury brands, Bighorn and Big Country, are warrantied for full-time RVing, and Landmark holds an industry-best 2-year warranty for full-time RVing. And, starting in 2018, every unit comes with a 3-year structural warranty too.
